# grokarazzi — Grok workflow templates

Five setups. Each one should finish in about ninety seconds. Paste real inputs. Do not describe them.

The Grok Bot Template Rewards pilot pays creators for workflows other people use. Invite-only. US-only for now. Build these anyway.

## 1. Monday brief

- When: Sunday night or Monday morning.
- Inputs: links and notes from the week. Nothing else.
- Output: three parts. What moved on X. What to do about it. The workflow that saves the most time.
- Constraint: 180 words. No pep talk. If a number is not in the notes, do not invent it.
- Done when: you can forward it without rewriting the spine.

## 2. Competitive brief before a decision

- When: before a launch, a hire, a price, or a public take.
- Inputs: recent posts, two or three news links, your current plan in five lines.
- Output: what changed, who is loud, the risk in your plan, one recommended move.
- Constraint: one page. Cite only what was pasted.
- Done when: the move is a sentence you can say out loud.

## 3. Reply desk

- When: you have twenty minutes and a timeline full of bigger accounts.
- Inputs: three posts from accounts you do not follow.
- Output: one reply each. A fact, a correction, or a sharper question.
- Constraint: under 220 characters. No compliments. No "great post."
- Done when: you would publish all three without a second model pass.

## 4. Article multiplier

- When: a short post already earned real attention.
- Inputs: the post, the best replies, the point you actually meant.
- Output: headline, first 80 words, five section heads.
- Constraint: the article has to be the long version of the same idea, not a new topic. X Articles average about 10x the views of a regular post. Write like you expect that.
- Done when: you can draft the piece from the outline without asking what it is about.

## 5. Drafting layer

- When: an email, a report, or a summary is blocking you.
- Inputs: bullets in your words, who it is for, the single ask.
- Output: the draft, then a three-bullet list of what you still need to check.
- Constraint: short sentences. Ban these words: leverage, synergy, unlock, empower, cutting-edge.
- Done when: editing it takes less time than writing it would have.
